Greg Sink was a laborer in the restoration business doing Flooring & demo work and also worked as a third party adjuster. Due to the recession in the early 2000s, the real estate industry crashed.
That’s when an associate offered him a job & introduced him to the world of roofing. Greg moved up the ranks quickly for a prominent Denver roofing company. He then decided to start his own client-focused roofing business. That’s when Power Points was founded. Using his knowledge of how insurance companies work, especially in regards to hail storm-damaged homes, Power Points LLC has been providing reliable, secure roofing installations & repairs, as well as step-by-step guidance through the insurance claims process.
Things were off to a bumpy start at first, just like any other business but then it really all started coming together with the referrals and word of mouth. Greg now proudly has a great crew and curated an extraordinary subcontractor catalog that are great to work with and are held to a high standard. Adam Spicer5 StarGreg and his team at Power Points Roofing were an absolute blessing to work with. After being directly impacted by the Marshal Fire on 12/30/21, I was at a complete loss of what do next. Greg was on it from the word go! He and his team were very professional, on time, honest, flexible, and did exactly what he said he would do and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. From replacing my entire roof, new gutters, new soffits, all the insulation in the attic and crawl space, new siding, all new windows, new carpet, new exterior lighting, new fencing, new landscaping, new skylights, new HVAC, new exterior door, taking off/putting on and having my solar repaired, and interior painting, we were finally able to return to a safe home. Greg worked directly with my insurance company making sure things were listed and paid out correctly. He took the time to explain the insurance estimates to me when I didn't understand what I was looking at. He sent me photos of progress along the way and made sure things were clean and picked up at the end of the day. I am one of those customers that I like to research everything and make sure I am getting the best deal and the best people for the job and I got both with Power Points Roofing. I had a huge scope of work from all the damage that happened and Greg handled it all with ease!! The amazing thing is, Greg not only took great care of me but also my aunt's home across the street who had all the same things done as well as my next door neighbor. Fawn Turner5 StarWe had a wind storm come through and called Power Points Roofing to get a quote and Greg noticed that we had pretty bad hail damage so he helped us get in touch with our insurance to get a claim setup. The process was really easy. Greg walked us through the whole process and got the material ordered quickly and communicated really well with us along the way and sent pictures of the work as it was being done. His crew came early and were professional and fast. We had our shingles pulled off and replaced within a few days. The crew also was great at cleaning up we didn’t have anything left behind and they ran magnets in the backyard which we appreciated since we have dogs and we didn’t find any nails after they left. Gutters were done a few days later and it was one guy that put them up in one day and the overall job looks amazing and we are very satisfied. If we ever need to have our shingles/gutters done again we would use Power Points Roofing again and have recommended to friends and family.Wednesday 29th March 2023
Adam Sherak5 StarThe first roofing company i used were taking almost 2 months to get a roof on. I ended up canceling with them and called Greg at Power Points. Came out the next day and I kid you not he got the exact roof i wanted on and done in less that 4 weeks. They did an amazing job, and quality was top notch. Greg recently under the same job was able to work some numbers around and negotiate vendor pricing that resulted in my house getting painted on top of everything else with little to no out of pocket. Allen Roe5 StarOur insurance gave us the run around and 2 techs from ladder now come out to inspect our roof after a hail storm. Greg was available both times and handled both inspections with professionalism and ease, a month later we go the approval from our insurance company to get the roof replaced, Greg and his team got the roof done within 48hrs. His crew was on a hot roof from 7AM to 5:30pm busting their tales to get the job done, excellent work. Highly recommend Greg and his crew!Friday 9th July 2021
