Huge shout out to Jeremy and his crew for helping us complete our re-roof because of hail damage. They took the time to work with us through the claims and supplement process. Like everyone else who has written a review (this feels like a pattern) I too have nothing but the best things to say about this company. Our roof took longer than some to get ready because of communication issues with our solar provider (my fault), but throughout the wait the communication was excellent, Sean was supportive and informative and responsive and amazing. The roof came off and back on faster than I could have imagined and the product is awesome and professional. The crew was super respectful, thoughtful, fun to have around. The whole experience was the sort where you really feel like the company is looking out for you and making it as pain-free as possible, and when it's over it's a little sad because you wish you had more roofs or something so you could keep the good vibe going. I cannot recommend a company (or individual, like Sean) more highly, and I'm picky. Thank you, Kapella, for your amazing work, your patience while I sorted things on my end, your experience and skill, and the human touch that made it actually a joy to work with you! -Charles

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Kapella Roofing. Leighton Fowler was our guy, and he expressed top notch service, professionalism, and always took my calls (I had a lot of questions). He worked directly with my insurance company to get speedy approval. He also worked around my schedule to ensure I wasn't bothered by the noise of the new roof being installed (which only took one business day). Kapella roofing were very professional and courteous. Both Hayden and Leighton managed the project well.. They had a very hard working crew who made sure to clean the place well. They arranged for having a professional come by and install the solar tubes at no additional cost when their existing crew honestly told that they haven't done solar tube installation in the past. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism.
