We had an original 30-year-old shake roof that desperately needed replacement. Finally got our claim approved, and Hunter’s professionalism lead us to go with Infinity over the more recognized roofers in our area (they were awful). Once everything was approved and work began, we were thrilled with the new roof, which completely transformed our home and gave us the reassurance that our house is safe from the elements. We are so happy with the final result, and we’d highly recommend Mike, Hunter and the entire FANTASTIC crew at Infinity… their work ethic, dedication to excellence and constant communication was unmatched.

From the first time I met with Jay Blaine until the Infinity crew hung the last shingle Jay and his team exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Jay and the Infinity team were everything my wife and I could ask for after a tornado damaged our roof. They were meticulous craftsmen, responsive, straightforward, patient, honest and incredibly polite, even when my wife and I were ornery and unreasonable. Jay offered to come to our house and accompany our young insurance adjuster on his inspection, pointing out damage that the inexperienced adjuster might have missed if he had inspected our roof without Jay. When I got the settlement offer from our insurance company, Jay wasn’t satisfied and called the adjuster on our behalf to explain that the adjuster had misquoted the cost of materials. In the end Jay got us an extra $7,000 so we could match the higher quality shingles that were on the roof we were replacing. Midway through the process we had to postpone the installation. Even though it was entirely our fault, Jay bent over backwards to ensure that Infinity got the install completed before our originally requested deadline, and he and his team over delivered on his promise. The infinity team completed the new roof in a day and a half and when they were finished they didn’t leave until they had picked up every last nail and broken shingle in our front and back yard. Jay even made sure the subcontractor who installed our new gutters came out the day after the roof was completed. They installed our new gutters in an afternoon. I could go on, but you get the idea. These guys are first class and I would recommend them without reservation to my closest friends and family.

Troy Schlosser and the team at Infinity restoration provided a superior service for the replacement of our roofs. Troy guided us through the process, met with the insurance agents on site and kept us informed at every step of the way before, during and after the work was completed. The team had our roofs replaced in less than 2 full days, were respectful of our property caused minimal disruption. Thank you all.

Sometimes you get a dud. I'm sure others have had a decent experience with the company, but that was not my reality. Perhaps it was the large number of hail claims, maybe I just fell through the cracks but overall I have been disappointed in the service from the company. I needed both my roof and my siding attended to after last years hail storm. The roof went on pretty quickly even with an odd delay halfway through due to "county inspection". This was was hard to justify given other neighbors with a different contractor did not have the same delay getting that inspection during the same timeframe. The quality of the work was fine. Aside from some post cleanup and fixing of my gutters which was not done properly as well as having to replace my heat tape and fixing a flue penetration that was incorrectly installed. But I expect this sort of thing from contractors these days. And hey, who doesn't want to learn a bit of roofing skills by getting up there and removing and replacing a few shingles DIY? The real issue came with the siding. I wanted at a minimum that some siding (not all) be replaced and the rest of the damage be repaired and repainted. My insurance company disagreed. This is expected since it was a negotiation. Infinity lost interest immediately in trying to help get the siding fixed. The representative from the company didn't visit or oversee any of the work or try and work to get a different supplemental approved. Perhaps it was uneconomic, perhaps it was just too much work. I don't know. The enthusiasm to help me get things done during the sales process evaporated pretty quickly when effort needed to be put forth. So my two star rating comes from the lack of care. The workmanship is standard and likely indistinguishable from any other licensed roofer in Denver. The responsiveness and care by the sales people is what counts. You want your contractor to be on your side when it comes to dealing with insurance. After all you both want the maximum coverage payment. In dealing with Infinity I have felt that I'm all alone, and that is where my disappointment stems from.
