This is the 2nd time I have hired Creative Cover. Excellent Customer Service! Tina walked us through the claim process and made sure we understood everything. Her crew is fantastic! They showed up early and worked non-stop until our new roof was installed. Overall, a great experience! Would give 10 stars if I could!!

Tina, Mike and his crew were amazing! My 9-year-old roof had hail damage, granular loss, and gutter denting. They provided a comprehensive damage report with detailed photos that made the insurance process seamless. Mike ran the final inspections personally to ensure I was completely satisfied. They were on time, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Creative Cover Roofing for quality work and excellent communication!
