I had hail damage and needed a new roof. I anticipated frustration and disappointment dealing with a roofing company and insurance. I was pleasantly surprised because of Captial Roofing and Project Manager John Schroder. John walked me through every detail of the new roof process and dealing with the insurance company. He was professional, friendly and certainly knowledgeable. John kept me informed of every step, was always available for my calls and texts and answered every question I had (and I had many). I must say, John was a delight and extremely easy with whom to work. I am completely happy with my new roof. This was such a positive experience! I highly, highly recommend Capital Roofing and John Schroder. Thank you John!

We had a bathroom vent that was venting into the attic and causing a lot of condensation along the north side of the roof from the inside. The guys at Capital Roofing were able to swing by, identify the roof itself was sound, and then help us troubleshoot what was going on. They eventually offered to install a vent in the roof and helped us connect the bathroom fan to the vent. Way above and beyond what I expected. Special thanks to Daniel Coleman for helping me through it. Would highly recommend these guys.

We had a great experience getting our roof replaced with Capital Roofing & Restoration. Dan Coleman was very responsive and we were very pleased with the quality and speed that his crew worked. They also worked well around our solar installers to make sure the mounts had the appropriate ice and water shield around them. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the areas they service. It is hard to find a contractor in Eagle County that is responsive and reasonable in price. Definitely give them a call if you live up here.

Bear S. and Capital Roofing did a great job re-roofing all six of our townhouse buildings.  Throughout the process (from first contact to the finished job), Bear did an amazing job keeping us informed and answering any of our questions along the way.  I would HIGHLY recommend Bear and Capital Roofing for any roofing job.  I'm a very detail-oriented person - Bear and his crew got the job done quickly and did a high quality job in my eyes.We got many quotes from other companies and we went with Bear and Capital Roofing because he was super easy to contact, had a price affordable to us, and was the most qualified.  We feel that we ended up with the best quality roof in the end.

Capital Roofing is amazing! They do a fantastic job-worked with my crazy insurance, inspected everything, did a great job cleaning up and communication was one of the best I have ever experienced. We worked with Bear and he was fantastic. I am incredibly pleased with the experience. My neighbor is also working with Bear and Capital on her roof. Highly recommend!!
